What do we cover?

30-days limited warranty against manufacturing defects.

Note: Warranty does not cover use outside specifications (e.g., over-voltage, over-current), water damage, or damage from incorrect assembly.

Special Categories:

TJ mesh plate 300B: 12-month warranty

NOS: No warranty. Therefore, a testing video is available upon request.

How to claim?

Please return the product to our service center located in the Philippines.

For “perceived” high-value items, it may be safer to ship to our address in Hong Kong.
